Fascist mind control is alive and well at the University of Victoria where a so-called ‘pro-choice’ group of students is circulating a petition in the Student Union Building attempting to shut down Youth Protecting Youth (YPY), the UVic campus pro-life group.
Meanwhile, the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA) has sent a letter to the University of Victoria Students’ Society (UVSS) suggesting that it reinstate funding denied to YPY, or face legal action.
The ‘pro-choice’ Canadian Federation of Students (CFS), of which the UVSS is a member, has indicated that it will intervene for the UVSS in the event that BCCLA starts legal action.
Perhaps it is time that Youth Protecting Youth contacted the Campaign Life Coalition, Lifesite and Catholic Civil Rights League to see if those groups would like to intervene in the public interest?
[A fascinating blog maintained by a young UVic history student named David Foster has updates on this issue. A link to Mr. Foster's blog is found in the Comments section below, and a link will also be found under University of Victoria Student Society Politics: David Foster in the CCC BLOGROLL to the right.]

Thank you for all your educational efforts to bring awareness to University of Victoria students about the ongoing crime of government-subsidized abortion in Canada.
Your efforts to defend Charter-protected free speech rights at the campus are also appreciated by readers of LA ROSA and the CCC BLOG.
I will put links to your website in the blogrolls of each of these websites, found to the right, arranged alphabetically.
