One way to do this is simply to reflect more of the sun’s light, changing the Earth’s reflectivity, or albedo. This could be attempted using vast, flexible space reflectors (1) placed in orbit around the Earth. Alternatively, various types of “stratospheric aerosols” could be released in the upper atmosphere (2) to scatter some light back out into space. Earth-bound reflectors (3) could do the same.
This could be done by “fertilising” the ocean , stimulating the uptake of carbon by surface algae that would eventually sink to the ocean floor. Exposing the surfaces of carbonate and silicate rocks in “enhanced weathering” could provide a place for carbon to be absorbed. Another frequently mentioned proposal is the capture of carbon dioxide from the air using “artificial trees”, followed by liquefaction and storage, probably in underground reservoirs.
Stratospheric aerosols seem to offer the most effect for the least investment, and could be deployed soon, but present an unknown risk to the environment. Changes to desert surface albedo are projected to be more effective than ocean fertilisation, but both could change delicate ecosystems in unexpected ways. |

Scientists have been looking for ways of modifying the Earth’s environment to control global warming – it’s known as geo-engineering.
Another approach is to directly reduce the atmospheric carbon that, among other things, leads to temperature rises.

The Pentecost chemtrailing over Victyoria happened around 7:15 a.m. and was unusual because, contrary to what I have noticed in the past, it was comprised of the usual parallel fluffy white plumes, but also had a third trail which was thinner, like yarn, and this trail had squibs at equidistant intervals, making it look distinctly unnatural.
I have to get my camera charged up to take shots of this menace, but in the meantime, I provide an excerpt from Estee’s Sky Watch in Victoria B.C., a Facebook site which chronicles the deadly phenomenon on the southern end of Vancouver Island.
Estee predicted they would follow up a temporary lull on Swiftsure Saturday, with more of the same as the sun went down, and voila!

The U.N. Meditation Room is built in the shape of a truncated pyramid. In the center is an altar made out of magnetite, the largest natural piece of magnetite ever mined. For meditation purposes it is probably the most ideal spot on the planet, since the magnetite altar has its foundation straight down, built into the bedrock of the land below; tapping into the energies of the earth itself. The Global Transformational Movement
A final version of the Earth Charter was issued by the Earth Charter Commission in March 2000. The Earth Charter “was drafted in coordination with a hard law treaty that is designed to provide an integrated legal framework for all environment development law and policy.” This hard law treaty is called the International Covenant on Environment and Development and is being prepared by the Commission on Environmental Law at the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), a behemoth agency which oversees 700+ governmental agencies worldwide.
The Earth Charter, consisting of 16 principles, has its roots in the values of the Transformational Movement. Jan Roberts, president of the Institute for Ethics and Meaning describes this Transformational Movement as a paradigm shift from individualism, self-interest and separativeness, to unity, wholeness and community. Steven C. Rockefeller was the prime candidate for the leadership role as co-chair of the Earth Charter Steering Committee, the Drafting Committee and co-chair of the final Earth Charter Commission. Besides being a professor of Religion and Ethics at Middlebury College, expounding the virtues of “creation-centered theology,” in his capacity as trustee of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, his family’s resources ensured the success of the project.
It’s clear that the global transformationalists are promoting the Earth Charter as the “new scripture.” At the presentation of the Ark, and its “new gospel” contents, we can expect that it will be endorsed by the U.N. The halls of the United Nations has long been a haven for New Age one-world religion spirituality. Former Secretary-Generals like Dag Hammarskjold (founder of the U.N. Meditation Room), U Thant and former Assistant Secretary-General Robert Muller have long been outspoken advocates of a new pantheistic global spirituality, using the U.N. as a vehicle to spread their doctrine.
The United Nations even has their own in-house prophet, Sri Chinmoy. This 70 year-old indian mystic is the official Spiritual Advisor to the United Nations. For the past 23 years he has offered prayer and meditation meetings for anyone to attend every Tuesday and Friday at the U.N. 5 Sri Chinmoy claims to have been Thomas Jefferson in a previous life, and he also claims to be the Spiritual Brother to Jesus Christ. 6 Chinmoy’s disciples claim he’s one of a handful of fully enlightened beings on the planet. Some disciples go so far as to claim he is an avatar, a living God. They meditate to a print of his face.
Perhaps the final resting place for the “Ark of Hope” will be in the United Nation’s Holy-of-Holies, the U.N. meditation room. “We have the UN Meditation Room, which is visited by hundreds of thousands of visitors a year,” Robert Muller explains in his book Genesis: Shaping a Global Spirituality. “We have also a UN Meditation Group led by an Indian Mystic. One could tell several moving stories of the spiritual transformation the UN has caused, to the point that this little speck on earth is becoming a holy ground.” (quoted in The New World Religion, by Gary Kah, p. 310)
To Sri Chinmoy and Robert Muller, world peace will ultimately depend “on divine and cosmic government” and an “alliance between all major religions and the U.N.” Muller has gone so far as to call the U.N. “the body of Christ.” The United Nations “will be the last word in human perfection,” Sri Chinmoy proclaims, it will “stand as the pinnacle of divine enlightenment.” 7

The Earth Charter stresses that man is his own saviour. By saving “mother earth” we will once again return to an idyllic Garden of Eden. But instead of worshipping the Creator, the New Age Aquarian conspirators wish to plunge us headlong into a creation-worship new world religion. “Little by little a planetary prayer book is thus being composed by an increasingly united humanity seeking its oneness,” Robert Muller preaches. “Once again, but this time on a universal scale, humankind is seeking no less than its reunion with ‘divine,’ its transcendence into higher forms of life. Hindus call our earth Brahma, or God, for they rightly see no difference between our earth and the divine. This ancient simple truth is slowly dawning again upon humanity, as we are about to enter our cosmic age and become what we were always meant to be: the planet of God.”

In my home state of Vermont, the Earth Charter is being transported across the state from town to town in a beautiful, handcrafted Ark of Hope by people walking in a spirit of peace. In addition to the Earth charter, the Ark of Hope contains the prayers and poems of many Vermonters. The global challenges before us are great, but if we unite behind the kind of vision affirmed in the Earth Charter, there are grounds for hope…….. With reverence for the mystery of being and with reverence for life, let us resolve here today to commit ourselves anew to this great work.
In response to the Sept. 11th attacks, the Vermont organizers carried the Ark to New York. The Ark of Hope was displayed at the United Nations from January 24th through February 19th.

FREDERICTON — Prince Charles and his wife Camilla arrived in Canada Sunday to start a tour to help to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
The plane carrying the royal couple touched down on a clear sunny evening in Fredericton. The Prince’s newly designed Canadian flag was displayed out the cockpit window as the plane taxied to the airport terminal.
The royal couple were greeted by local dignitaries including federal fisheries minister Keith Ashfield and New Brunswick Lt. Gov. Graydon Nicholas.
Ashfield said Charles said “hello” while Camilla commented on the nice weather and said it was warmer than the weather they left at home.
Kaitlyn Tozer, 10, gave flowers to Camilla before the royal couple were whisked away in a limousine.
The four day tour includes stops in New Brunswick, Ontario and Saskatchewan, during which they will honour those who have devoted their time to others. The visit does not begin in earnest until Monday, where they will start their day by paying tribute to members of the military and their loved ones at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown.
Canada won’t stay in Afghanistan past 2014: Harper

CHICAGO — Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced Monday that all Canadian troops will be out of Afghanistan after March 2014.
“The end date is firm and final,” Harper told reporters. “Canada will not have a military mission in Afghanistan after March 2014.”
The prime minister, who was speaking to reporters at the end of this weekend’s NATO summit in Chicago, said Canada will instead be contributing $110 million per year to support Afghanistan’s security forces, starting in 2015.
Canada currently has 950 military trainers in Afghanistan, working with the Afghan army and police to prepare them to take over the responsibility for the country’s security.
NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen earlier had asked Canada to extend its training mission past 2014 as the Afghan security forces will continue to need advice, assistance and training for the foreseeable future.
It was not immediately clear how Harper’s decision was received by fellow leaders.
Canadian troops have been in Afghanistan since shortly after the U.S.-led invasion following the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
It already has spent more than $11 billion on Afghanistan and 158 Canadian soldiers, one diplomat and several aid workers have been killed there.
Asked why the decision was made, Harper said that “a foreign presence in the long-term cannot be the final resolution of the problems of Afghanistan.
“The longer a foreign intervention stays, eventually the less likely its success becomes.”

| Statement on H.R.4133 — United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act of 2012Rep. Ron Paul, M.D.May 9, 2012Mr. Speaker: I rise in opposition to HR 4133, the United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act, which unfortunately is another piece of one-sided and counter-productive foreign policy legislation. This bill’s real intent seems to be more saber-rattling against Iran and Syria, and it undermines US diplomatic efforts by making clear that the US is not an honest broker seeking peace for the Middle East.The bill calls for the United States to significantly increase our provision of sophisticated weaponry to Israel, and states that it is to be US policy to “help Israel preserve its qualitative military edge” in the region.While I absolutely believe that Israel – and any other nation — should be free to determine for itself what is necessary for its national security, I do not believe that those decisions should be underwritten by US taxpayers and backed up by the US military.
This bill states that it is the policy of the United States to “reaffirm the enduring commitment of the United States to the security of the State of Israel as a Jewish state.” However, according to our Constitution the policy of the United States government should be to protect the security of the United States, not to guarantee the religious, ethnic, or cultural composition of a foreign country. In fact, our own Constitution prohibits the establishment of any particular religion in the US. More than 20 years after the reason for NATO’s existence – the Warsaw Pact – has disappeared, this legislation seeks to find a new mission for that anachronistic alliance: the defense of Israel. Calling for “an expanded role for Israel within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), including an enhanced presence at NATO headquarters and exercises,” it reads like a dream for interventionists and the military industrial complex. As I have said many times, NATO should be disbanded not expanded. This bill will not help the United States, it will not help Israel, and it will not help the Middle East. It will implicitly authorize much more US interventionism in the region at a time when we cannot afford the foreign commitments we already have. It more likely will lead to war against Syria, Iran, or both. I urge my colleagues to vote against this bill. |

A new Master’s course titled “Worldviews, Ethics and the Environment” (EECO510) was taught at the Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, Canada by Laura Westra, Ph.D., Ph.D. (Law), Professor Emerita (Philosophy) from the University of Windsor. The 5th Unit of the Course is dedicated to the Earth Charter. The course, involved 24 students and started April 18, 2011 and ended on June 23, 2011. It is entirely an online course and included persons from all over the world.
The course is divided into 5 Units:
Unit 1: An Introduction to Worldviews, Ethics and the Environment;
Unit 2: “Values in Nature: Biocentric and Ecocentric Ethics”;
Unit 3: “Religious Traditions, Worldviews and the Environment”;
Unit 4: “Environmental Justice/Injustice”
Unit 5: “the Earth Charter”.
The final paper due is intended to show how the Earth Charter could address the issues that have been discussed, how it could respond to environmental injustice, and how it might be able to help people change the status quo.

The American people were not allowed to see this. Americans as a whole do not want the UN to be the head of a world government. The one thing the majority of this country values, above most everything else, is their freedom. Or the semblance of freedom we have left should I say.
At the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the Presidential Council on Sustainable Development in 1996 came to the conclusion that the world’s human population should not exceed 500 million people. That is a 93% reduction in population!
According to the UN video, “Armed to the Teeth”; and also in the Freedom From War Policy -put into effect by JFK in 1961-general and complete disarmament and US military power was given over, in full, to the UN. The Earth Charter (1992), A Spiritual Vision: “A consensus has developed that the Earth Charter should be…the articulation of a spiritual vision that reflects universal spiritual values,including, but not limited to, ethical values …a people’s charter that serves as a universal code of conduct for ordinary citizens, educators, business executives, scientists, religious leaders, non-governmental organizers and national councils of sustainable development; and a declaration of principles that can serve as a “soft tax” document when endorsed by the UN General Assembly. ”
In its original form, The Earth Charter failed miserably due to open, blatant pantheistic approach. Gorbachev and Strong have worked diligently to change the language and make it appear less obvious. You may be wondering what the Earth Charter has to do with depopulation. It has everything to do with it. Here is a very brief synopsis of what the Charter holds for us.
According to the Charter, we must:
* “Recognize that all beings are interdependent and every form of life has value…” (Unborn children, of course, are not included in the UN’s definition of “every form of life.” The Earth Summit II documents continue to support the UN’s pro-abortion policies.)
* “Affirm faith in the inherent dignity of all human beings.” (UN agencies, however, support policies of euthanasia for those determined not capable of living a “quality” life.)
* “Adopt at all levels sustainable development plans and regulations….” (This is a prescription for global socialism in a super-regulated global state.)
* “Prevent pollution of any part of the environment…” (Enforcing this dictum would mean stopping virtually all human activity.)
* “Internalize the full environmental and social costs of goods and services in the selling price.” (This seemingly harmless sentence would empower the state to price, tax, and regulate all production and consumption.)
* “Ensure universal access to health care that fosters reproductive health and responsible reproduction. (This is a thinly disguised call for that includes abortion and population control.)
* “Eliminate discrimination in all its forms, such as that based on race … [and] sexual orientation.” (This provision is clearly aimed at criminalizing those who refuse to accept homosexuality as positive and good.)
* “Promote the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations. (See;

One of the most contentious issues in our public life over the past three and a half decades has been abortion.
As a physician, and in particular as an obstetrician who has delivered over 4,000 babies, I have always had a special interest in the subject of abortion.
When I studied medicine at Duke Medical School from 1957 to 1961, the subject was never raised.
By the time of my medical residency at the University of Pittsburgh in the mid-1960s, though, wholesale defiance of the laws against abortion was taking place in various parts of the country, including my own.
Residents were encouraged to visit various operating rooms in order to observe the procedures that were being done.
One day I walked into an operating room without knowing what I was walking into, and the doctors were in the middle of performing a C-section.
It was actually an abortion by hysterotomy.
The woman was probably six months along in her pregnancy, and the child she was carrying weighed over two pounds.
At that time doctors were not especially sophisticated, for lack of a better term, when it came to killing the baby prior to delivery, so they went ahead with delivery and put the baby in a bucket in the corner of the room.
The baby tried to breathe, and tried to cry, and everyone in the room pretended the baby wasn’t there.
I was deeply shaken by this experience, and it hit me at that moment just how important the life issue was.
I have heard the arguments in favor of abortion many times and they have always disturbed me deeply.
A popular academic argument for abortion demands that we think of the child in the womb as a “parasite” that the woman has the right to expel from her body.
But the same argument justifies outright infanticide, since it applies just as well to an infant outside the womb: newborns require even more attention and care, and in that sense are even more “parasitic.”
If we can be so callous as to refer to a growing child in a mother’s womb as a parasite, I fear for our country’s future all the more.
Whether it is war or abortion, we conceal the reality of violent acts through linguistic contrivances meant to devalue human lives we find inconvenient.
Dead civilians become “collateral damage,” are ignored altogether, or are rationalized away on the Leninist grounds that to make an omelet you have to break some eggs.
(The apostle Paul, on the other hand, condemned the idea that we should do evil that good may come.)
People ask an expectant mother how her baby is doing.
They do not ask how her fetus is doing, or her blob of tissue, or her parasite.
But that is what her baby becomes as soon as the child is declared to be unwanted.
In both cases, we try to make human life into something less than human, simply according to our will.

Ron Paul’s treatment by mainstream media, other Republican hopefuls, and the punditry makes me think the W.B. Yeats lines “Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world” also describe the year 2012 in the United States. Indeed, Paul’s experience in the nomination campaign suggests U.S. politics lacks reasoned substance, common sense, and an understanding of what America’s Founding Fathers intended.
Open up any newspaper to see the mess America has sunk itself into around the world: for example, facing off with China over a lone, non-American dissident whose safety has no relation to U.S. security. Yet today, Paul’s call for staying out of other people’s wars unless genuine U.S. national interests are at stake is deemed radical, immoral, even anti-American. Amazing.
If elected president, Paul’s most valuable contribution to a prosperous and secure American future might well lie in his application of a noninterventionist foreign policy, following the wishes of George Washington and the other founders.

The brochure is entitled PROGRAMS IN EARTH LITERACIES: Vision to Ignite our sense of connectedness with Earth and nurture a spirituality of Earth care through learning circles.
Earth Literacies Programs are an initiative of the Living Language Institute Foundation, coordinated by Gertrude or ‘Gertie’ Jocksch SC, who is identified as a Sister of Charity on the back of the brochure, working with another nun in the same order, Cecilia Hudec SC and a Jesuit priest, Bill Wilson SJ.
For those wishing to write cheques to these globalists, they advise: ‘make cheque payable to The Living Language Institute Foundation.’

I would strongly advise, however, that readers of this LA ROSA blog not support such hellish mischief, as clearly these people have apparently lost their faith in Our Lord Jesus Christ, and have gone over to the Dark Side, advocating socialist globalist one world government, complete with drastic depopulation programs already mandated in draconian United Nations Agenda 21 documents.

All you have to know is how to use a parachute.” Carolyn Baker calls what we are facing the Sacred Demise. Everything we’ve relied on is collapsing. What is the parachute we can use? I would like to suggest that the Earth Charter could be such a parachute. During this workshop we will explore the various suggestions that the Earth Charter offers to help us navigate our mysterious future.
Sister Gertrude Jacksch SC promoted the film Journey of the Universe, by Brian Swimme and Mary Evelyn Tucker at the Friends Meeting House, an event co-sponsored with Society of Friends Ecology Committee, on May 4, 2011.
Other events in Protestant and Unitarian churches in Vancouver and Victoria are listed, including THE EMERGENCE OF UNIVERSE, EARTH, LIFE AND HUMANS, which is described as ‘an educational DVD series follow up to Journey of the Universe’, with Sister Cecilia Hudec SC, at the Vancouver Unitarian Church, 949 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver.
Another suspect globalist event is co-sponsored with and coming up at the Anglican Church of Canada’s Christ Church Cathedral, 930 Burdett Ave. in Victoria: HOW A NEW CHRISTIAN WORLDVIEW CAN BE EXPRESSED FOR BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH MICHAEL MORWOOD.
‘Morwood will focus on the need for beliefs and practices to take into account the enormous changes in how we understand the world since traditional Christian beliefs were formulated. He invites us to re-imagine and re-evaluate faith in light of the contemporary “story” about our universe.
The genesis of the Earth Charter which Father Wilson and his cohort are pushing is found at the Earth Charter website.
It is no surprise to this writer that notorious globalists like Queen Beatrix of the Nederlands, Maurice Strong and Mikhail Gorbachev were some of the most fervent promoters of the eugenics agenda that is called the Earth Charter.
Here are some excerpts from the history of the Earth Charter, copied and pasted directly from their own propaganda website.
Note that the top-down initiative, a one world governance directive pushed by some of the wealthiest and most decadent of the globalists, is sold with the mantra of ‘sustainability’, but is clearly designed to be understood as a spontaneous awakening from the grassroots:
The [Earth Charter] plan was to conduct the project as a civil society initiative and to draft a
charter that articulates the consensus taking form in the emerging global civil society on
values and principles for a sustainable future.
Among the many recommendations in Our Common Future (1987), the report of
the World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED), is a call for creation
of a “Universal Declaration on Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development”
in the form of a “new charter” with principles to guide nations in the transition to
sustainable development. Building on this recommendation, Maurice F. Strong, the
secretary general of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit (UN Conference on Environment and
Development), proposed in 1990 that the Summit draft and adopt an Earth Charter.
Intergovernmental consultations were held on the Earth Charter during the preparatory
process for the Rio Earth Summit, but an intergovernmental agreement on principles for
an Earth Charter could not be reached. The Rio Declaration, which was issued by the
Summit, contains a valuable set of principles, but it falls short of the inclusive ethical
vision that many people hoped to find in the Earth Charter.
Therefore, in 1994, Maurice Strong as chairman of the Earth Council joined with
Mikhail Gorbachev in his capacity as president of Green Cross International to launch a
new Earth Charter initiative. It was Jim McNeill, secretary general of the WCED, and
Queen Beatrix and Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers of The Netherlands who brought
Strong and Gorbachev together. The Dutch government provided the initial financial
support. The plan was to conduct the project as a civil society initiative and to draft a
charter that articulates the consensus taking form in the emerging global civil society on
values and principles for a sustainable future.
Christians must surely begin to realize that our churches are being infiltrated by NWO globalists that have a very nasty Death Culture eugenics agenda that militates against all the traditional teachings of the Church about the sanctity of human life.
The Earth Charter is very similar to UN Agenda 21 in that it is a globalist document clearly designed to hasten the one world government of globalist tyranny which is a direct threat to the life of the majority of the people on the planet that is being targeted by these Gaia-worshiping depopulation fanatics.
There is no mention of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in any of these suspect globalist depopulation documents, and that should be a huge clue to anyone tempted to get into this Luciferian eugenics nonsense.
